GaAs IC market grows 36% in 2010, says Information Network

The market for gallium arsenide (GaAs) ICs grew 36% in 2010, led by strong demand in wireless - cell phones and WiFi, according to The Information Network. This represents the largest growth since a 52% gain in 2003.
