Thanks to demand stirred by the growing popularity of tablet PCs and smartphones, Taiwan-based flexible PCB (FPCB) makers, including Flexium Interconnect, Taiflex Scientific, Career Technology and Ichia Technologies, all have plans to ramp up their capacities in 2011, according to industry sources.
