Acer, HTC, Asus valued as top-3 Taiwan-based global brands

Acer, HTC, Asus (the brand owned by Asustek Computer) have been appraised as the three most valuable Taiwan-based global brands in 2010 with overall brand values of US$1.401 billion, US$1.371 billion and US$1.285 billion respectively, according to the government-sponsored Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), which announced the top-20 list at an awarding ceremony on September 14.
