Qualcomm to land a majority of chip orders for high-end Android phones in 2016

Qualcomm is expected to secure the bulk of chipset orders for high-end Android smartphones in 2016 as vendors including Samsung Electronics, HTC, Sony Mobile Communications, LG Electronics and Xiaomi Technology have decided to adopt the company's Snapdragon 820 CPUs, according to industry sources.
