China market: Xiaomi launches Redmi Note 3 smartphone, Mi Pad 2 tablet

Xiaomi Technology has launched the Redmi Note 3 smartphone along with the Mi Pad 2 tablet in China. The smartphone is priced at CNY899 (US$141) for 16GB and CNY1,099 for 32GB. Availability of the new smartphone starts on November 27.
