China July mobile phone user base growing to over 1.062 billion

There were 1.062.03 billion subscribers of mobile communication services in China as of the end of July 2012, growing 0.96% on month and 14.22% on year. 183.76 million (17.30%) were 3G users, according to statistics published by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
