HTC files new patent complains against Apple, using patents transferred from Google

HTC will take further legal action against Apple, adding new patent complaints to its previous filing lodged with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) on August 16, and will also file a new lawsuit against Apple with the US District Court of Delaware for patent infringement by Apple's iOS and Mac computer product lines.
