paypal payment are acceptable-GPJACKIE

Dear All, we are the Alcatel cell phones official dealer agent in Asia, the direct source of all kinds of refurbished cell phones and spare parts/accessories. Regarding the payment method, Bank T/T are prefer, but considering the first to do business to protect both of us, paypal payment method also acceptable. 3.9% +USD0.3 extra charges will be added, 2% exchange rate fee will be added, so total 5.9% +USD0.3 will be more for paypal payment method. Sorry for the high extra charges wil be more for the paypal, when we take the money out from our paypal account, we will bear 2% exchange rate fee. So bank T/T prefer.
