Why people get caught up in scams - concerns

We are increasingly concerned at the lack of buyer/customer knowledge around mobile phone buying, and why so many people get scammed. We have on many occasions received inquiries that show how little the buyer has looked at our post or offer for sale- and the most stupid questions are asked - which if a seller or scam artist wanted to take advantage could. We are trying to ask buyers to do thorough checks on companies before committing to buy anything. There is a standard around the mobile phone trade, and most traders follow the same trend, anyone not conforming to it, is most likely to be a scammer - please be aware of this. Thank you.
