ask for help about payment way

hi, dear all. we are a new paid seller here . This is an excellent platform to know the new buyers and friends here. Good service also. The problems regarding the payment method ask for help.We meet 3 new customers here, good talking about orders, price, special requests. then they would like to make sample order to start the business. Everything is smooth till pay the PI. As per our compnany's policy we only can accept the bank T/T to all of our customers. but One USA customer ask COD, one ask paypal, one ask L/C. we showed the registed files and telecom lience to customers, also we are the official dealer agent of " Alcatel" . One dear customer talked with him on the msn about 2 hours till midnight 12:00 our Chinese local time. At last he accept from L/C to T/T. Thanks. What a pity that the two others dear customers can't accept. though I call and write emails. So dear sellers dear buyers, what kind of payment method you can accept? what can we do if both of us can't make agreement ? We always like to setup long term relationship with customers. Not one delivery. We cant accept other payment method, what we can do is provide the best price, the quality warranty, the sincere service. So please guide me how to deal with, thanks dear

Nobody will send you money unless they know you. Too many scams. You will need to provide a credit card payment solution for your customer. OR you can use an escrow company to receive the phones and the payment, and then verify everything before giving your customer the phones and yourself the payment. In America, we use credit cards to protect ourselves from fraud. Hope this helps.

Hi, thanks a lot MR. Fernando. We appreciate it. though we don't know about the American credit card clearly. it's said you have one month's warranty to pay by credit card right? you can use the creidt card to pay our bank account directly? we also use credit card to pay online payment in China/HK. but it's different i think. Now we open our paypal account. but with very high charges. 3.9%+0.3USD. it's OK. we do the first order now with paypal payment. but very slow we need 3-6 working days to get the payment. so slow to the instant and soon cell phone business. It's acceptable to the first do business. just like what you said, we need protect both of us. The fraud behaviour is so so trash. we meet several days before. the guy is deleted by the cellpex. but he change his name. hehehe. anyway don't think about that more. business relying on trust. I like to do business with the trust customer. So we win our available customers. We don't want to kill both of our times if both can't understand others. So we stop to renew our information to them.

Yes I understand. No, with a credit card you normally have 3 months to dispute any transaction and you will be able to get your money back. It depends what credit card is being used. American Express offers the highest protection for a customer when making purchases, covering up to 6 months after the purchase date to make any claims. When it comes to commission, if the commission and the cost is attractive to the buyer, then that shouldn't be a problem. ALL of my purchases are done with credit card with Paypal, and I include the commission in my costs. Its a high risk to pay a supplier in China without knowing them, and even after several transactions, you never know what can happen. I have many suppliers that I pay with credit card, and I have been working with them for 10+ years, but the truth is that if something ever happens to my orders (they get lost, stolen, damaged during shipping, or whatever) I can always call my credit card company and they will be able to help me recover the funds. With a wire transfer, T/T, bank transfer, check, deposit, electronic transfer, etc. this is not possible. If you lose your merchandise you have no way to recover your money or your product. That's why I use credit cards for very large purchases. You can also use a third party company when someone doesn't want to pay you because they don't trust you or they haven't done any kind of business with you. If they trust you after the first transaction, they can later pay you directly and not by using a third party company. A good idea is to find someone who has a established business in the U.S. and you can ship the phones to that company/person and after everything is verified, they can receive the payment from the customer and then ship the items. The benefit of doing this is 1.-your products are already in America and 2.-you and your customer are guaranteed to receive payment/product
