China September mobile phone users top 833 million, says MIIT

There were 833.30 million subscribers of mobile communication services in China as of the end of September 2010, growing by 1.24% on month and by 15.76% on year, according to statistics published by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
