Demand for ICs used in smartphone, tablet and LCD TV panels to rebound in September, says Novatek president

Demand for panels used in smartphones, tablets and LCD TVs is expected to significantly increase in September and the fourth quarter, and so will demand for display driver ICs, Steve Wang president of IC design house Novatek Microelectronics said at an August 7 investors conference.
