China mobile phone users top 952 million in September

There were 952.31 million subscribers of mobile communication services in China as of September 2011, growing 1.30% on month and 14.28% on year, and 102.46 million, or 10.76%, of them were 3G users, according to statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
