How to use this trading platform?

Hello, is anybody home? Anyway, is there any information or manual..Lol, on how to use The Cell:Pex Trading platform? FAQ was not helpful, more about fees. What is \"My Bids\", is that an acceptance of \"My Requests\"? More detailed information would be very helpful for new members like myself. Just a thought!
