Handset vendors decreasing touch panel orders for 4Q15

Major handset vendors are only expected to put in about 20-30% of their originally estimated touch panel orders heading into the fourth quarter of 2015, which is putting a damper on pricing for 5-inch thin-film touch panels particularly, according to supply chain makers.
