Compal Communications handset shipments to be halved in 2010, says paper

Handset shipments from Taiwan-based Compal Communications are likely to drop 50% to eight million units in 2010 as compared to 16 million units shipped in 2009, the Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) quoted Kevin Chang, an analyst at Citigroup Global Markets, as indicating.
