Global notebook shipments to annually slip by 0.8% in 2012, rise by 5.9% in 2013, says MIC

There will be 194 million notebooks shipped globally in 2012, decreasing by 0.8% from 2011, while the shipment volume will increase by 5.9% to 205 million units in 2013, according to a forecast by the Market Intelligence & Consulting Institute (MIC) under the government-sponsored Institute for Information Industry (III).
