We purchase phones through auctions with cracked screens / jammed buttons, or otherwise minor damage. Units are then fully refurbished to a brand-new state. What quality should I expect these phones to be? All phones will come in their box, sealed, including authentic accessories & Owner’s Manuals. In addition, IMEI will match each phone’s motherboard, casing, and box. The difference between our phone and a brand new one you would buy from Apple or Samsung store is nonexistent and you will be convinced by that when your sample order be delivered. Do you offer Warranty On your Stock? We offer 1-year warranty on every phone we’ve sold. Meaning if we send you a malfunctioning device or It does not hold up it it’s standards, we will replace that phone with a brand new one or repair it at our facility. In either case, our costumers adore this option as it gives that extra security we offer. Where do these phones come from? Stocks are located in HK, China. All orders will be exported from their boarded. On occasion however, we may have samples in the USA for quick ordering / trying our products. What form of Payment do you take? We take Paypal for sample order. T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram for normal orders. How long does shipping usually take?
