From firsthand experience I can say: Do not deal with him. He's a Wire/PayPal scammer.
Can you tell me your experience please I've paid him via paypal to see if he's going to send goods so far he's just being long He sent pics with my name date of transaction with goods so don't know. Thanks anyway for the help. So he's a certain scammer yes ?
He never sent anything like we agreed upon and he changed his PayPal email/account a few times trying to get me to deal with him again and send him more money. I would recommend that you open a dispute with PayPal and get your money back if you feel like he's not going to come through with what he's promised.
