Sellers BEWARE of in person delivery to "new customers"

I wanted to share a story of a very dangerous business transaction that took place on Tuesday, January 27, 2015.
I
was contacted by a "new customer" in the morning, they stated they
found me on Cellpex and they wanted to purchase 20 iPhone 6 and that
they wanted to pay cash, because they were a new customer I agreed to 5
phones to start and we could grow from there.  They stated they're
located in Miami and I am in the Miami area as well.  They stated they
would either come to my office to pick up or I could met them.  Since I
was going to be in Miami and I wanted to have a face to face with a new,
growing customer, I thought it would be nice to build a relationship
and deliver to them in person.  
I
was in contact with them several times over the phone, got their
business information, location and worked on price and a delivery time. I
googled the address which was located in a business complex, as of yet
nothing seems suspect. 
I
arrived at the location in Hialeah and called them on the phone they
said the office was upstairs, I went upstairs, knocked on the door and
got no answer, I called again while upstairs, he said he'd just gone
down the elevator, I should go back down and he'd meet me.  This was the
first point that something felt off and I was in danger.  
I
head back down to my car and see that my driver side window has been
smashed and was then told to "freeze" I had a gun pointed to my face and
was sprayed with pepper spray.  I dropped the bag of cell phones and
held my hands in the air, and leaned back as I saw something coming at
my face.  They took the phones and ran back to their car and drove off.
 In addition to the cell phones, they also took personal items from my
car.  
There was a witness to the crime, who saw I was in shock and called the police on my behalf.
