The selling offers or requests are posted by registered members, therefore you should get in touch with them to discuss further details. 3. How can I Trade/Buy Safely?

For the moment Cellpex can't offer you any insurance, safeguard or escrow service but we recommend the use of an escrow service. These are a series of international sales terms called INCOTERMS. 8. How to unlock all Cellpex features ?
To unlock all the features a subscription is required, you have to sign in, then click on Subscriptions menu item on bottom left and choose between subscriptions choiceses and payment types. Please note that your recurring bill doesn’t stop until you cancel it from the same Subscriptions menu.
9. What's the difference between subscriptions ?
Registered members actions:
o Can post selling offers or requests;
o Can bid to offers or reply to requests;
o Can post products in the Consumers Electronics;
o Can browse the Members Directory;
Member can opt for a monthly subscription and unlock all the features of Cellpex :
o Direct contact details of any registered member;
o Can send, read and respond to messages;
o Perform Blacklist searches;
o Can use the Cellpex Community, start forum topics ;
o Can submit Trade Notes on the Cellpex Blog;
o Get the Mini-site and Showroom.
10. Why is my account suspended?
Your account is suspended because you have either violated the Cellpex.com User Agreement or you have been reported as being a fraudster.

Yes, when upgrading your account to paid membership you will receive an invoice from our authorized retailer 2co.com or from Paypal.

17. Why are the multilanguage versions of your site marked BETA ?
Our site is very vast and the improvements are coming often so the multilanguage versions can't keep up.
