Can user MUSTFOCUS ( EVA MOORE ) respond ?

Hello All, after payed to this user ( Eva Moore ) 6200 $ for a lot of Nokia ( she received my payment the first day of July ) at now, I have not received anything. I received a letter from her staff in which was explained that she was sick inviting, anyway, to contact the staff for info but, despite several mails none responded until I decided to post this experience on this Forum. In this way she and her staff responded with many apology saying that they would have sent the most 'soon. The first days of August I received a track number of Fedex: 791115380336 as she booked a shipping for me. Not receiving the goods for the extimated time of arrival, I contacted Fedex and they said the the goods had never been delivered for shipment ! I tried to contact her and she said she would check but, at now, after another mai,l she no more replied fom five days. At this point I hope that she responds if she is serious and provide a real prove of shipment.

Sir it sounds like you have been scammed unfortunately. People who run legitimate businesses do not take this long to answer when money is owed. She has clearly either stolen your money or has been scammed herself. I sympathize with your loss and I hope that you may about to gain some recourse, however it seems like its not going to happen. If in the future you ever need mobile phones, please check our website out at www.nohlogistics.com. You will see that we are honest people just trying to make a living. Good luck in your quest to hunt down your money.

Hello and thanks for reply. I payed this person with a bak transfer so I have his REAL data bank and other infos about her so I think it should not be difficult to obtain a legal refund. This is what I'll do against her trought a lawyer. I think that USA law is severe with fraudster.

I agree with Wrighty. For an international wire transfer you are able to request a recall, however the seller has to agree for you to get your money back. If she has scammed you or does not have the money, well then she won't agree when the request is asked of her. I believe they can only ask, they can't force the owner of the account to refund it. Hopefully you get your money back, but if you do have the details, you can try to file a police report or some sort of legal action. I think from what I understand (correct me if im wrong), you bought some iphones from her? And she wired the money off to Asia? It could very well that she herself has been victim of a scam as there are no iphones over there period. Anyway good luck in your search.

Hi, she had to send me a lot of Nokia N96 obviously never received. After my post on this borad she said that it was sick and that the Nokia N96 she had received from another member were fakes ( ex Pricegrabber ? ). She said that she had Iphone so I ask her to send me these telephone ( 3g ). What you say can be right.

Hi All, I am in a similar situation with must focus (eva moore). I paid for my items in July and did not receive them. I sent out nemerous emails, but still had no response. However, I have been able to track down a contact number for Eva Moore and made contact wth her assistant on Thursday. She told me that they have been having issues with their phone supplies, but are now getting things sorted. My order was sent out on Friday and shipped with Fedex. They provided me with a tracking number, which is a legitimate tracking number. My order is now in the UK at the Fedex Distribution Centre and will be delivered to me by 6pm Monday. I'll post another reply on here on Monday once I have received my order. Mark

Hi all, after the last post I checked the track code and, finally, the goods were shipped. On monday I'll let you know also to rehabilitate the user. Leonardo

Just to update you all. I have received part of my order from Must Focus. They sent me an email saying part of my order has been dispatched and the other part will be dispatched in the next few days. I received my package this morning via Fedex and everything is fine. I am just awaiting the second part of my order. Although there has been some unexpected delays, I have received my order and I will be using Must Focus again in the future. If anyone is still experiencing problems with this supplier, my only advice to you is to get in touch with them again and be patient - i'm sure that you will receive your order very soon Mark

Hi all, I also received the first part of shipment and all it's ok. She has explained the delays also with the more checked to ensure to not shipping fakes. There is no reason, in the future, to not contact her. She has showed to be correct. Leonardo

I have received notification that the second part of my order has been dispatched. Although there has been a slight delay in getting my order, I will be placing another, larger order with Must focus very soon as I am happy with everything

Leoman, I am in exactly the same situation. I received 1 phone and was told the rest would follow shortl after - this was on the 18th August. As of yet, I still have not received my order. I email and phone mustfocus on a daily basis but never seem to get a reply!!!!

Mustfocus sure looks like a scammer. She took more then 20k from 1 person here and several thousand from mje19282 as well and neither have received anything from her. We ship international all the time and you know what we ship the full order at once. This bull about shipping at different times to be cheaper is crap. And even if it were so you should have told your customers this from day 1 not surprise then with this later on. The other thing i know is if you wanted to avoid this so called higher shipping then you could simply have shipped each day so why are people waiting more then a month to get product? I believe that MUSTFOCUS does not have product. She is simply a broker like so many others on this site and sells stock and takes payment then she tries to go out and find the stock. With all the problems everyone has had i hope that no one else buys from her.

So, I think the better thing to do is that every person that has payed some to her explain his situation in this thread. We can act all together with the help of a layer to have a refund. We can contact a lawyer in the city where she lives to act against her. Anyway, we HAVE her data bank and we KNOWN her ( address, telephone and other ). With this data surely we can obtain a refund from her if she has some property. The lawyer expenditures could be divided among the damaged members. If she is reading this post she should understand that is of no utility to continue with this sort of game. SHE MUST REFUND OUR MONEY or send IMMEDIATELY what we payed.

Leoman, I completely agree with you and would be more than happy to do that. I also believe that there is another person on here, who has not posted in this forum, but is in the same situation as us. I will get in touch with him and see what we can arrange Mark

Mustfocus is not legit. Its plain to say. I have heard from others who are not on this forum who met her somewhere and were scammed for money. The only way these people will ever get in trouble is if those who were taken for money get together and file a large claim with the FBI and the local police.

A few of us are in the process of taking this further. If there is anyone else who has been scammed by Must Focus (Eva Moore) then please, let us know. I am currently in the process of speaking with lawyers in the US who can assist us in getting our money back. Mark
