User Experience: Start reviewing your partners

It's been a while since we have added the review system to our site but it doesn't get very popular. We know there is a lot of activity and many transaction closed but somehow reviews are missed. We urge you to ask your trading partner to review you. The reviews are a valuable indicator for a member reputation on Cellpex. The review includes a star score, a rating system, as well as comments from your transaction partners. What you write will be a permanent part of that member’s record on Cellpex. The review represents a person's permanent reputation as a Cellpex member. It is made up of comments and ratings left by Cellpex members involved in trading activity with the reviewed member. Some useful tips: * Leave a review after a transaction is complete so that other members may benefit from your experience, you will benefit too from others. * Always ask for review, reviews will increase your selling power. * Contact your trading partner and try to resolve any issues before leaving neutral or negative review. * You may not remove review comments you have left, so be sure to leave only fair and factual comments and ratings that relate to a specific transaction you had with your trading partner. * Before you bid on an item, you can check the seller's member profile by clicking on the review score next to their User ID. Sellers may also want to view the member profiles of bidders to see how reliable they have been in past transactions. * You should use caution and good judgment when reviewing another member. * Mutual reviews have a lot of benefits for both sides. * A high review star score is usually a good sign, but you should always check your trading partner's member profile by clicking on the member's username to read comments they have received from others.
