1. What is an Affiliate Program?
It is a marketing program, where you can participate as an affiliate. Affiliates receive commission for generating sales for the affiliate program host (in this case, Cellpex). All affiliates are provided with various ads and tracking code for placement on their web sites, in their email campaigns or in search listings. Whenever a visitor uses these ads/links to generate a sale on the host site, that transaction is tracked online. If a product or service is purchased, the customer pays the host directly, and the affiliate is paid a commission for that sale!

2. How do I sign up to be an Cellpex Affiliate?

There is no charge for becoming an affiliate and you also do not have any obligation to generate sales! Simply register on our website and start making money, whenever you feel like it.

3. How long will it take to become an Cellpex Affiliate?
Your affiliate account will be available immediatly after the registration process ended.

4. How much can I earn?
There is no limit to your earnings potential! Simply sign up paid members through our affiliate program and receive commissions starting at $14.97 up to $45.50 for each paid member signup - an industry record! There is no limit to how many you can sign up and no limit to how much you can make! Some of our best affiliates are earning over $5,000/month! Please review our Affiliate Terms of Service in order to get the exact commission credited.

5. When and how often will I be paid?
Commissions are paid not later than 15th of each month following the first 45-days of the month after the sale was made. Commissions are paid after your commissions account balance surpasses the $100 minimum level.

6. What technical skills do affiliates need to have?
Affiliates only need to be able to copy and paste HTML code and place it accurately within the code of a web page or within an email! You can always ask for help if needed. We backup you with marketing support and promotional tools.

7. How do you track my affiliate transactions?
Our affiliate program utilizes cookies to track sales generated by your links. Cookies are used in two stages of tracking: when your ad is clicked and when an sale is placed by a referred customer The function of these cookies is solely for the purpose of paying our affiliates commissions when a consumer makes a purchase.

7a .How long do you track potential customers sent to your site?
We track all customers sent to our site for a period of 365 days. In other words, if someone clicks through your site to ours and doesn't subscribe straight away then don't worry - as you will still get the commission provided they come back within 365 days of their original visit!

8. What about customers who have their cookies disabled?
They have to turn on cookies to access Cellpex trading board because our system requires cookies to be enabled.
Over 99% of all Internet users have cookies enabled in their browsers (less than 1% of all users have their cookies disabled). The fact is that cookie-based technology is a reality that will remain a part of consumer tracking for individual Internet businesses.

9. Does Cellpex access unique information on customers or site visitors?
No, we do not use our affiliate tracking technology to track or log information other than is necessary to perform this service.

10. How do you know which affiliate to pay for a sale?
Being a cookie-based system, we have the ability to pass unique information regarding the affiliate and the advertising links used to the customer. That information resides within the customer browser for however long that cookie lasts or until that customer purchases a product.

11. How are my commissions recorded with the IRS?
All commissions paid by Cellpex to any affiliate is paid as an Independent Contractor service and will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service as is required by law. Affiliates are required to maintain and abide by any governing laws applicable to income earned through this program.

12. Can I use my commission towards Cellpex services fees or other services?
No. Affiliates cannot use commissions towards Cellpex services fees or other services.

13. Do I have to have a web site with Cellpex to become an affiliate?
No! You do not have to have a website to join our affiliate program.

14. How do I track my sales activity and commissions?
Account activity such as the number of click-thu's, conversions, commissions and account status can be viewed in real-time through the affiliate program summary and the in-depth stats area of your account. Simply log in to your affiliate control panel to view this information!

15. Where do I get the required links, banners or promotional tools as an affiliate?
We provide a vast selection of links and banners in several colors, designs and sizes as well as text and editorial for you to use throughout your site.
Simply log in to your affiliate control panel and go to Links section.

16. Can I participate if I reside outside of the United States?
Certainly! We have affiliates from almost every country, and most of our affiliates sell our products across the globe. The only consideration for affiliates located outside the United States is that we will only pay standard mailing rates for checks and will only send out checks or wire transfer in US dollars. Any extra mailing costs or wire transfer fees will be deducted from your commissions account.
